SUBSIDIARIES
 
Tunc Holding’s seven subsidiaries are already operating in twelve countries in Asia Minor, Western and Central Asia as well as in Eastern Europe. The plan is to expand the activities in these regions, at first in form of single projects. The following subsidiaries conduct the operational business of Tunc Holding:
 
 
Turkey

Tunc Telekomünikasyon was founded in 1992, and has accumulated 15 years of experience in the area of GSM technology. This enterprise has proven itself to be a strong, effective partner for companies in the GSM sector. A variety of international cooperation projects have already been executed from Turkey (e.g. in Algeria, Tunisia, Afghanistan, Moldavia), and we anticipate that this will continue to make up a significant part of our business in future. The company has been active in the field of electrical power supply and associated services since 1996. The management of Tunc Telekomünikasyon is constantly seeking to expand its market position, in cooperation with electrical power generators as well, through ongoing expansion of our service portfolio and efficient employee qualification programs.

Kazakhstan

Plus Telecom KZ was founded in August 2006, and serves as a contractor for KCell and Ericsson. The main focus of this Tunc Holding subsidiary is the erection of GSM masts. The company is active primarily in four regions of Kazakhstan, including some extremely remote, rugged areas. It is in such areas in particular that employees of Tunc holding and Plus Telecom KZ have proved themselves to be experienced and dependable partners. The goal of Plus Telecom KZ is to further expand its market share in Kazakhstan.

Iran

Delta Ertebatat Tehran was founded in 2004. This company builds GSM networks for private telecom providers and for the government of Iran. In future, this enterprise will seek to further expand its market presence both in Iran and the Middle East. Like all subsidiaries of Tunc Holding AG, Delta Ertebatat Tehran places top priority on customer satisfaction, state-of-the-art technology and uncompromising quality.

Azerbaijan

The subsidiary Berke MCC was founded in 2006. A key client of this enterprise is Azerfon, a GSM carrier in Azerbaijan. The company also performs services for Nokia Siemens Networks BAKU (NSN). Like everything supplied by Tunc Holding AG subsidiaries, the technology that Berke MCC provides is of top quality and conforms to the state of the art.

Georgia

Plus Electronic Company was established in 2002. In September 2006 the name was changed to Bronz Telecom Ltd. As a subsidiary of Tunc Holding AG it erects GSM networks, and it plays a pivotal role in opening up new markets in the region. One goal of Bronz Telecom Ltd. is to work together with its customers to discover new possibilities and pathways for optimally utilizing existing networks.

Ukraine

Plus Telecom was founded in 2004 to participate in the construction of a mobile telephony network. Today, Plus Telecom is working for Astelit, one of the Ukraine’s largest carriers, which operates under the brand name "life:"). Other customers of Plus Telecom include Nokia, Siemens and Ericsson. To satisfy the demanding needs of our clients, Plus Telecom also places a high priority on uncompromising standards and the state of the art with regard to all goods and services supplied.

Saudi Arabia

The Tunc Holding AG subsidiary ATMC Co., founded in 2006, provides communications systems for both private carriers and the government. Its area of operations is the Middle East, primarily Saudi Arabia and Iran. To significantly improve its market share in the region, this company has set a goal of continually improving its technology and service quality. As an additional measure, the quality standards for planning, maintenance and optimization of communications systems are to be raised even further.
