Installation
The services offered by the companies of the Tunc Holding group include all installation work relating to the erection of mobile and fixed-network communications equipment. This includes installation in and on buildings as well as in the open, including the right infrastructure and equipment. This also includes survey and implementation of transmission lines, installation and integration of mobile and fixed-networks elements and End to End testing at both, new and existing networks.
Magnetic field measurements
The measurement of electromagnetic (EM) fields is an important task in installing wireless networks. The emitted radiation may not exceed specified limit values, and above all must never reach levels that are harmful to health. To ensure that this task is performed professionally, the EM Field Measurement Centre of Tunc Telekomünikasyon was founded in Turkey in 2000. This testing laboratory complies with ISO 17025 and was accredited by TUBITAK –UME in 2001. Authorized by the Telecommunications Association, Tunc Telekomünikasyon conducts the necessary measurements and issues certifications of compliance with the specified values for implemented GSM systems.
Maintenance and operational support
A fundamental principle of Tunc holding is: service above all. All subsidiaries of Tunc Holding have experienced personnel standing by 24/7, 365 days a year, to field technical questions and resolve problems rapidly. We also provide support services such as acceptance of new base stations, fault remediation, regular maintenance, preventative maintenance, upgrade maintenance, maintenance of air conditioning systems, billing processes, materiel and spare-parts insurance, warehousing, dispatch of spare parts and warehouse management.
